This service includes producing regular products commenting on relevant news and events, as well as specialised company and market studies. MATELAN also offers Pre-IPO Research to non-listed companies which can be used to test their capital market acceptance. With regard to the capital markets services programme, MATELAN can act as a sparring partner to assist the further development and investor-oriented presentation of the equity story. In this respect MATELAN acts as an intermediary between companies and a multitude of institutional investors with whom we have long-established contacts. This allows MATELAN to provide companies with objective feedback from the capital market on a regular basis. Access to comprehensive Investment Banking services
In addition to the direct communication channels between MATELAN and institutional investors, MATELAN’s distribution agreement with Sal. Oppenheim Bank, whose sales force is allowed to market MATELAN products, further enhances company exposure. If required, MATELAN can arrange contacts for its clients with other departments at Sal. Oppenheim Bank e.g. for share capital issues or M & A projects, thereby offering clients access to the services of a fully integrated investment bank.
